Immigration
One day a boat called the Mayflower came ashore and that’s when it all started. Take today’s situation and reverse it. Pretend you are a Native American or a Mexican.
It is no big deal for you to cross a river or live in one area of the country. But now you have powers to be treating you as a criminal for what your forefathers did legally many years ago.
It is called control and not immigration.
Look at a border as a divider. Now think of the word divisiveness. That is what a border represents to millions of people trying to better their situations.
Divisiveness is on all sides of all borders. It is a cute little way that politicians keep us fighting amongst ourselves. It is the age old slight of hand that is in the form of a little issue called immigration.
